For as long as I can remember, I have hated dealing with estate agents. And I have avoided dealing with them at all costs - until recently! I was impressed with Xavier from the word go, but getting this kind of service from an estate agent was definitely too good to be true, so I suppressed any obvious signs of satisfaction to see if this was for real.
